Walk the beach, and it could be warm enough to swim or at least lounge on the beach. The average temperature should be between 75 and 85 degrees.  The water temperature should be between 75 and 80 degrees

Sit on the deck or beach and read

Fishing—several piers you can fish from and also fishing boats you can go out on.

For the nature lovers, art lovers and gardeners, Brookgreen Gardens is a short distance.  For $14 your ticket is good for a week of admissions. (KMF is a member and is willing to share her membership card.) http://www.brookgreen.org
For a good view of the area: Sky Wheel—a giant ferris wheel—much bigger than the one at the fair in West Middlesex—twenty stories over Myrtle Beach.  Skywheelusa.com

I don't think we can manage all of this in the time we have. 

Everyone should feel free to pursue their own passions.  We can figure out group activities or go off on our own.
